1 child in 5 still grows up in poverty or risks falling into poverty. That is more than 500 000 children in Belgium. A hallucinatory figure that the Pelicano Foundation wants to reduce as quickly as possible.

Every day Pelicano fights against child poverty in our country to make sure every child living in our country is entitled to the same opportunities: sufficient food, healthy living conditions, decent education and meaningful leisure time. Saving children from poverty is first and foremost of great importance to the individual, but also our society benefits from it.

Think Pink is the national breast cancer campaign & aims to improve the lives of breast cancer patients and their families. 

Think Pink has 4 clearly defined objectives: to inform & raise awareness; to defend patients' rights, to fund scientific research into breast cancer and to fund care & aftercare programs. 

In the world of open source & linux, we've always been a fan of penguins and/or Tux. We're adopting a king penguin at the Antwerp Zoo! Antwerp Zoo & Planckendael Zoo play a vital role in protecting animal species and nature.
